KLR650 Seat Pad

The KLR650 is not known for having a seat that is comfortable enough for long rides. Before embarking on a 1200 mile weekend trip to Deal's Gap I picked up a self-inflating cushion designed for use in Kayaks at REI and secured it with bungee cords. This was one of the smartest things I ever did. I went from going 45 minutes before discomfort set in to being able to ride all day.

Note the beginnings of my wind screen project. Pity I didn't finish it in time for the ride.
